Refund policy

Returns: You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at 9818269563 or email taru@mirandapreistly.com.

Pickup: We arrange a pickup within 3-4 days. A ₹150 reverse-pickup fee is deducted from your store credit.

Refund type: Approved returns are refunded as store credit (a gift code with lifetime validity) within 4-5 business days of the item reaching us and passing inspection. We do not currently offer exchanges.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video. We will replace the item, or refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not available.

Order cancellations: An order can be cancelled before dispatch and refunded to the original payment method within 2-3 business days. To cancel, email taru@mirandapreistly.com before the order ships.
